Saviour DI Electrical HV3 Boots (Class 3) (often manufactured or distributed in collaboration with Respirex) lightweight, electrically insulating are specialized dielectric safety boots designed for live working in high-voltage environments. They provide protection for a maximum working voltage of 26.5kV AC and are tested at 30kV AC. They feature a high-visibility green shaft and a seamless, injection-molded design to eliminate leak paths.

  • Shaft/Upper: Proprietary HV3 compound, a specialized dielectric material that is PVC-freehalogen-free, and phthalate-free.
  • Temperature Resistance: Remains flexible at low temperatures down to -40°C.
  • Sole Properties: Heat-resistant sole (HRO) up to 300°C for 60 seconds and cold insulation (CI).
  • Outsole: Slip-resistant vulcanized rubber sole (SRA/SRC rated) that offers 30% higher slide resistance than conventional boots.
  • Toe Cap: Integrated 200 Joule epoxy-coated steel toe cap for impact and compression resistance.
  • Comfort: Features an energy-absorbing tunnel system in the heel and a removable, machine-washable ergonomic cushioned insole.
  • Convenience: Includes a kick-off lug for easy removal and an adjustable height.
  • Environmental: REACH compliant, PVC-free, halogen-free, and phthalate-free.
  • Maintenance: Machine washable at temperatures up to 40°C.
  • Lining: Non-wicking knitted nylon to maintain a dry interior. 
  • Color: High-visibility green shaft with a black sole.
