Venus V-90 V is a professional-grade, cup-shaped respirator mask designed for high-level protection against solid and liquid particles. It features a unique convex mesh design to maintain its shape in harsh conditions and a Stay Cool butterfly vent valve to improve breathing comfort by reducing heat buildup.

Material Composition

Venus V-90 V is constructed from the following skin-friendly materials: 

• Straps: Braided spandex (Textile-braided).
• Filter: Electrostatic PP-MB (Polypropylene Melt-Blown) and Polyester.
• Nose Foam: Polyester (Half-foam seal for leak-proof comfort).
• Nose Clip: Embedded high-tensile aluminum (no exposed metal).
• Valve: Polypropylene with a silicon rubber diaphragm.
• Mesh: Polypropylene net-reinforced shell. 

Key Features & Fit

• Leak-Proof Seal: Includes a unique nose liner and a half-foam seal around the edges for a comfortable, secure fit.
• Fit Adjusters: Unique adjuster beads on the headbands allow for a custom fit to various face profiles.
• Skin-Friendly: Uses braided textile elastic that does not deform under high temperatures and reduces the risk of skin allergies.
• Durability: Headbands are sewn on the outside of the filter media to avoid punctures that could cause leakage. 

Primary Applications

V-90 V is intended for use in environments with concentrations of solid and non-volatile liquid particles up to 12 times the Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL).
